Academic Year 2024/2025 – Dates and Application Deadlines

Online applications will be available from October 22th  until November 22th. First-year Master’s degree students have their deadline postponed until January 31st, 2025.

Filling in the courses plan is necessary for all students to see their courses in the electronic Transcript of Records (libretto Universitario online). After the plan is completed and confirmed , updating of the electronic Transcript of Records takes place within a maximum of one week.

Please note that without filling in the electronic Transcript of Records, students will not be allowed to sit any kind of exam or test.

The online filling in procedure related to the courses plan is compulsory.

No need to select any courses plan online for those who have to join exclusively compulsory classes in the current and previous years (look at the list below):

  • Bachelor’s Degrees, all first-years;
  • Second year Economia e Commercio students;
  • Second year Scienze Economiche e Bancarie students: Statistica e Analisi dei Dati;
  • Second year Scienze Economiche e Bancarie students: Banca e Finanza;
  • Second year Economics and Management students.

No need to select any courses plan online for:

  • The students who DO NOT renew the 2024/2025 application after they have filled in the form for the suspension of the 2024/2025 academic year;
  • The students who have failed to complete their courses within the prescribed time.

Others at student’s choice (free credits)

During the compilation of the study plan it will be possible to choose free credits only if the student intends to select subjects from courses of the School of Economics and Management at the same level as the one he/she is enrolled in (Bachelor or Master degree).

In case of different choices, a specific form (request for insertion of exams, in the forms for international students) must be sent to the course committee, which will evaluate the relevance of the choice to the training path.

For the choice of the courses to be included in the study plan to cover the free credits, please note that the plan must not include equivalent courses, i.e. having the same program, even if possibly provided in a different language.  Moreover, it is not possible to choose courses that are evaluated with a judgment instead of a grade.
