Test scoring

Points are added up for each of the first three sections, and a weighted average of the three totals is calculated, with a weight of 3 for the Mathematics score, 2 for the Logic score and 1 for the Verbal Comprehension score.

The Economics entrance test is considered to have been passed with the achievement of an overall score of at least 6.5 and a sufficient score in the Mathematics section. For the Mathematics section, a score of at least 6.5 is considered sufficient.

The result of the English language section provides an indication on the student’s initial level of preparation, and guides consequent actions (English language courses and proficiency tests), to be carried out by the University’s Language Centre (CLA).
